The tables designed for Vassar College add a new interpretation to the “dialectical relationship” between table top and base developed by Eero Saarinen in his former designs. The fine curved lines of the base are enhanced by the transparency of the glass table top. Since 2006, Matrix International produces exclusively the tables, both in coffee lower version than high dining one.
