Matrix & Sedia Inc still together at ICFF

Matrix renews its participation to ICFF also for this-year edition and again in collaboration with its distributor and agent Sedia Inc.

A synergy that seeks to give the opportunity not only to big companies, but also to individual professionals and private users, to achieve easily distinguishable design products totally Made in Italy.

Four products have been selected this year, two for each of the collections CODICI and FORME, which represent well Matrix's commitment to research and combination of forms and materials as well as the rediscovery and enhancement of its origins.

Selected products of FORME collection are the INTRECCIO table and the MOVE modular box system.

INTRECCIO by Paolo Portoghesi is presented for the first time with the glass top, so as to be able to see the intersections of the arches in birch plywood. MOVE by Massimo Imparato is proposed with a whole new appeal from industrial inspiration where color gives way to materiality.

The BR49 cart and the LE81 armchair are the leading actors of CODICI collection instead.

BR49 was designed by Marcel Breuer in 1928 and an original specimen is exhibited at the Neue Galerie, Museum for German and Austrian art from the early 20th century located at Fifth Avenue and 86th Street on Manhattan's Upper East Side. LE81 was designed by Jules Leleu who also chose it in 1931 for the set of "Parfum de la dame en noir" and in 1935 for the interior of the transatlantic "Normandie".
